90% pinot noir
10% chardonnay

Ratafia de Champagne is born from the harmonious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir musts fortified with Marc de Champagne and wine brandy aged in oak barrels. The nose reveals prune and gingerbread aromas, whilst on the palate warm tones of honey and candied fruits emerge. It is ideal as an aperitif, where it elegantly pairs with the finest of dishes.
